MyBuy helps you search multiple online marketplaces in one place using a single, unified search. We don’t sell your data, we don’t store marketplace passwords, and payments are handled securely by Stripe. Some advanced features use browser-based tools and user-authorized marketplace access to perform searches on your behalf. MyBuy doesn’t guarantee listings, prices, or transactions — purchases are always between you and the seller.

1WELCOME TO MyBuy
Welcome to MyBuy, operated by MyBuy Software Inc. (“MyBuy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, browser-based tools, services, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you are using MyBuy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use MyBuy.
2Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3Eligibility and License
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. MyBuy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
4How MyBuy Works
MyBuy is an AI-assisted marketplace search platform. Depending on the feature used, MyBuy may access publicly available data, leverage browser-based functionality, or operate using user-authorized marketplace sessions. MyBuy does not store marketplace usernames or passwords.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, violate laws, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer, scrape data outside permitted use, or misrepresent your identity.
6AI Credits and Fees
Advanced features may require AI Credits. Credits are consumed only when such features are used. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
7No Guarantee of Results
MyBuy does not guarantee item availability, pricing accuracy, seller legitimacy, or transaction outcomes.
8Privacy and Data Protection
MyBuy does not sell personal data, store payment credentials, or store third-party marketplace login credentials. Use is subject to our Privacy Policy.
9Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and branding are the property of MyBuy Software Inc. or its licensors.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
MyBuy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
11Limitation of Liability
MyBuy’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyBuy harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services.
13Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saskatchewan courts.
14Termination
MyBuy may suspend or terminate access for violations. Certain provisions survive termination.
15Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
